Most of the products that we have for sale come with a 30-day money back guarantee. We can either refund them or exchange them for as long as they are still covered by the 30 day grace period. If complaints, refund or return requests are opened on the 31st or over then we won’t entertain your concerns anymore but rest assured that we will figure out the best option that both parties – you and our company will be happy with.
Return shipping fees are refundable. Just make sure to show your receipt.
Products with Faults
If the product is within 30 days and you can find faults on it, then contact us and we will send you a replacement. You should show your proof of purchase.
